Though I didn't rent from here, my longtime best friend and boyfriend lived here the last year, until his recent death. This is a clean,quiet and safe building, which everyone hopes to have. Access in and out is secure,but easy. These are very well constructed, no issues. I would recommend a west facing apt, just a better view! My only flaw I see is that they don't offer atleast a stackable washer/dryer, rather than onsite laundry. Staff was incredibly kind to me,when removing artwork I had in there, though. I'll miss visiting.

I don't have any shared experience at this place but I do live near the area. For the most part, I like where I live . After reading the most recent 3 star review, I was surprised the Vine Street Loft was given 3 stars. I'm sure it was really nice during its grand opening years ago. It always seems poor management and tenants who do not respect or take pride and care in where they live, that brings a real nice place down.

The office staff, specifically Bianca, is very nice and make you feel comfortable. The lofts are nice and spacious. Everything is up to date. Everyone that lives here has been very friendly and a mixed crowd of people. I love living here.
