Have a friend that lives here. Was visiting for the weekend and someone broke into my car and took everything in it. Also staff was very unhelpful and rude when notified. Don’t waste time with this place

Very racist I had to take it here to google because they blocked me on instagram AND Facebook. Right .. how professional..?!? Not very welcoming at all. They also let anyone in. Not safe at all and definitely not luxury. They also have break ins on the weekends . And don’t let them fool you , you don’t have to pay 50/mo for a parking spot, the key fob is automatic access to the back ! Whew and don’t let me get started on the homeless man living in the lobby downstairs! Reply to your comment: My boyfriend lived here!! Don’t play wit me! Crossroads westside is trifling like I said! So now everybody they on here lying ! So that’s not y’all elevator & carpet?? Yeah exactly! TRIFLING LIARS !!

Have to write a review here because I was blocked. Don’t waste your time. Poor building maintenance, neighbors were fighting everyday and nothing was done, Individuals sleeping in the lobby overnight ,and drunken individuals sleep under the bridge right where residents park their car. Maybe that’s why there were multiple break ins. A lot of people that gave this place 5 stars don’t live at the complex. If I could give it 0 I definitely would. You guys should remove the Honda on level T with the windows broken and airbag out too. Looks extremely trashy.
