The ability to resolve small matters tends to be an issue. I have been owed a rental reimbursement for over 6 months from rent wrongfully charged to me. Though this is not completely the new employees fault, they have been informed over two months ago and still nothing to make this problem a solution. I hear a great deal of talk about it but no one can cut the check. I find it funny that if I don't pay rent I risk eviction but if they refuse to pay me what's owed, they can hold it hostage with no accountability. This is UNACCEPTABLE. They may be an ok place to live but as far as handling business, it doesn't happen unless it benefits them. If there is another entity that can assist myself and them with rectifying this issue please feel free to contact me.

Again DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS IT'S A LAST RESORT ❗❗❗ They fix nothing, they don't even do inspections, and the office is always closed.... I've been trying to get out of this lease for the past 4 month due to horrible staff and management I'm still on this stupid lease.

TRASHHHHHHHHHH if this is a complete last resort and you have nowhere else to go then do what you have to but this place is the worse they dont want to fix anything ive put in MULTIPLE work orders since January 2018 and they have yet to fix anything then when I called the office they claimed to not have any of the 3 I put in then my neighbors have told me about the roach and mouse problems they are having me personally have only seen a few roaches sparingly but here lately there has been a mouse but ive had a bigger spider problem rather than a roach problem and while the issues of gunshots and fighting (normal inner city issues) is going on instead of working on getting the people who dont live here and are bringing the shooting and fighting issues out of here they tow my car a single mother and this being low income housing you would expect that money issues may be a big factor in a lot of tenants situations that they might try to understand but in a situation where people like them automatically think black people just want to live off government assistance you cant expect them to understand that this living situation which was supposed to be a stepping stone in becoming more self sufficient and taking my car just further pushed me away from reaching that goal ...their solution is to fix empty apartments so they can move more people in while not fixing apartments that women & kids already reside in and not address things like people shooting at my next door neighbors house the same people that they were about to fight the night before and do absolutely nothing about it probably because their kids weren't sleep on the couch and their kids werent at risk of getting hit by a stray bullet ...then again people like them expect that because you're black your okay with living conditions such as these ...I just dont understand how towing my car but not fixing anything or addressing the gun violence that has been an issue here for years is conducive to the living environment...oh thats right its low income housing so they dont care...DONT DO IT I haven't been here a full year yet and this is the second management company they've had and neither one of them gaf or could do right by their tenants
