Has its problems for sure but definitely isn't terrible. Things have fallen apart since Chris left but the building is in a good spot in the city. Lived there for a couple years and I don't regret it.

I am so excited to be moving forward with my life in such an historic building. Erin has been phenomenal. Can't wait to move in. 🤗

Kendra and Chris are awesome. There has been a few concerns and staff changes and things but that comes with most city living larger buildings. Especially for specific details. Great location, washer and dryer, kinda long time community! Views are fun too!!!! there’s the stragglers that come and go but we need More good peoples to treat it as a home and not disrespect it!!! Pros and cons list. If your not happy move. Or keep rooted. The garage elevator access is nice but hasn’t been clean or respected it’s sad how people literally throw things on the ground and don’t pick them up. And the hvac and no ceiling fans and lights and air gaps aren’t the best but having a storage locker is super nice. People just need to be better. It’s simple. There’s always good and bad where ever you go. Health and happiness ❣️

Even though parking is a bit of a pain, I have nothing but good things to say about this building. The lofts are very nice. I have never once heard anyone in another apartment. The only time I hear sound is through the doors, in the hallway, or out the window. There is pretty often siren noises through the window, but that is city life. For city life, I feel pretty safe, as the building has controlled access, rotating security guards and is two blocks from a police station. Each apartment has it's own AC control, so I never have issues there. You can easily walk to awesome locations like the power and light district, or the Alamo Drafthouse theatre. The management is very professional and efficient. I haven't had to deal with them much, but they are very accommodating when I do. The on site gym is open 24/7, and I have rarely run into anyone when I go to work out. The roof is gorgeous, I love the view. Really, the worst part about this apartment is having to leave, because it is tax credit housing. Move here if you get the chance, It's a great experience.

Hi! We do accept vouchers and usually have a waiting list for availability - please contact us to chat further.
Google Fiber, Spectrum, and I think AT&T Uverse
We do! Contact us to chat more about it :)
Hi Cheryl! This is difficult to answer since the apartments are so vastly different, but if you'd like to come in for a showing we'd love to chat more about potential utility bills.
It can vary, and we recommend setting an appointment with the leasing staff to discuss the details of your situation. Please don't hesitate to reach out to chat further.
Depends on size of apartment and what floor you're on.
They go by your income. You can only make so much to get in. I don't recall them doing a credit report.
Rents vary according to floorplan, size, and floor. These are income-restricted apartments, so you must make under a certain amount to qualify to live there. How much you make, however, doesn't change how much you pay for rent. The exception would be for a housing voucher system from the housing authority (not connected to Courthouse Lofts)- although they do accept vouchers.

Hello! Give us a call or email to chat about our current availability.
Courthouse Lofts only offers one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Availability changes quickly there. Your best bet is to give them a call.
Hi Carol! I don’t believe that we currently have any 1-bedroom apartments available, but our leasing team would be happy to add you to our waiting list!
There are some restrictions around students qualifying for income-restricted apartments. Generally, if you are a full-time student and you are the only resident, you would not qualify to live there. However, there are a couple of special exceptions. Best to call the leasing specialists and talk through the requirements. They are very friendly. Utilities vary by floorplan (and there are many different ones). They have one and two bedrooms of various sizes, so depending when you want to move in, it may be just what you are looking for.
Well let’s fix that! Send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll make sure we get in touch tomorrow.
Hi Kisha! The waiting list fluctuates quite often. Please give us a call and we're more than happy to discuss.
Oh how neat, Susan! I do believe we have a waitlist currently, but please don't hesitate to reach out to the leasing office to find out more and perhaps add your information to that waitlist. Thank you!
