Horrible management, Rachel is a liar and thinks she can talk to people any way she wants. Window has been broken since I moved in, my air works when it wants to. PLEASE DO NOT move here its not worth the headache!!

I've lived here for little over a year. My apartment is constantly flooding after it rains and no one comes out to fix it. The bathrooms leak upstairs into my bathroom and now there is a hole above my shower because of it and nothing has been done. I had to pay first and last month rent when I moved in and they still trying to charge me for my last month rent. When I have proof that I paid first and last month before moving in. They don't care about their tenants. As long as they get their money. The price of a 2 bedroom is ridiculous and it's not worth the price what's so ever. And being a single mom they make it difficult to make a living. Half of their washer and dryers don't work and they just unplug them instead of getting them fixed.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Price was reasonable but honestly the only reason I moved in was because everywhere else was charging an arm and a leg and this was the only place available. They DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH with what they tell you. They charge you for the dumbest things. When you move out (as I was warned by others but chose to ignore/had no other choice) they WILL nickle and dime you over everything until you owe them a hefty sum. Also theh say they are pet friendly but that's a lie. Pet friendly until it's time to move out and suddenly you had the most destructive animal known to man. DO. NOT. MOVE HERE.

From what im told from friends here. When I just moved in. They said they know people are getting kick out even thow they payed rent and there not messy. Rude survice. Also when something breaks or somehow once we get roaches no one comes. Lights keep going on and off. Every night. I get home lait. Keep them on please. I have a medical problem. Also threatening needs to stop all over the place. People here are rude. People above us decide to tell us we don't live here. Others lock there dogs outside others say if someone reports them they will blame them. Because there next to them. Yeah ok. Not safe. Along with that druggys im tired of it. We need more cops here. We need the apartments more taken care of. Please take care if this issue.
