As a long time resident there are positives and negatives about this place. Big apartment for the money, outside was taken care of, lots of crime and theft, lots of gunshots, toxic staff who we were told often that we were referred to as the "queers". Make sure to get everything in writing as they will most certainly say something to your face and then promptly deny it. I would be careful about renting here.

Edit: After living here for almost 3 years, I'd say find a better place if you can. It seems we lucked out with our apartment and haven't had pest issues, but the workmanship is very poor, maintenance does the bare minimum, and everything in the apartments are as cheap as possible. Looks nice from a distance, but close up it's another story. Prior review: Park South is a decent place to live. The complex is safe and comfortable. Kitchens are spacious and upgraded, albeit with basic appliances. There are upgrades that could be made, such as drafty windows, painting the decks, upgrading to thicker carpet, and repaving the crater filled parking lot (which supposedly is happening this spring/summer?), and upgrading washing/dryer (they're mediocre, I don't do my laundry at home if I can avoid it) I have been at park south for 9 months and the current manager has always been kind and responsive and maintenance requests have been completed swiftly. I shopped around extensively, and for the area the price is of good value. Utilies are reasonable and free google fiber is a nice bonus.

Super shady!! They opened up a lease under my name without my signature! I applied, got approved, visited one last time & saw roaches everywhere along with mice feces. Decided against moving in & they STILL put it through. Took me months to get it taken care of & off my credit. Spoke to the manager Sarah who put the blame on another employee (star manager right there) only to find out later on that it was her who signed off & made my move in "official" so that was great. 😁 If you value your identity & credit, double think your choice on moving here.

UPDATED: Towards then end of my lease they hired a new manager (after going through like 4 in one year). The new manager Sarah was pretty cool and actually helpful. She actually starting getting things done. -end update- DO NOT MOVE HERE! Buildings are falling apart, maintenance requests take 1-2 months, recurring bug problems, my first apt at this complex completely flooded 4 times before I was finally moved to a new unit (took over a month), which brought with it its own issues and no compensation.

Why do prices change daily. How often do you have rent increases. Looking for long term rental but rental fluctuations would be a concern. Thanks
No utilities included very nice units well worth the money
