I applied two weeks ago and have not heard anything from this complex. They do not pick up their phones or respond to emails. If I could give zero stars, then I would. Their application and administration fees are non refundable, so you will be out money. Please be careful when considering applying here. There are other complexes nearby with comparable prices that will actually respond.

Update: Since new management, things have decreased. There isn’t a reliable number to get in contact with management. Unfortunately when I did call an emergency # (I thinks it’s a hotline # for complexes) due to being locked out of my apartment, the guy that responded to my lock-out request was rude and very much unprofessional. I was told to wait outside for an hour plus in 30° weather with a ONE year old at 8 pm at night. He told me I’d have to pay a fee— despite never using any lock-outs previously, and stated that he wasn’t going to wait for me if I wasn’t outside of the office when he arrived. I repeatedly told him I had my child with me and he stated if I wasn’t there in 5 minutes then he’s leaving. I ended up staying at a friends house because he called me around 9 pm and said he was on his way, but it was 40 minutes away. BJ is also very helpful and is the only reason why I will continue to have patience. I also understand how stressful it can be when switching over to a new management so I’m still hopeful to see how things change. One of the maintenance men that came and worked on one of our requests was always nice and came quickly to efficiently resolve the issue! —————— I lived here for about 3 months now and I truly love it! My boyfriend and I were able to move in quickly with no problems, thanks to Cade! And we also receive reminders and notifications via text/email about rent, packages, etc. I also received a Happy Birthday text and email which was very kind! Maintence isn’t an issue, they’re very timely. Only thing that’s not really an issue is the outdated wash room... other than that, I love my spacious apartment!

Moved in month ago, and couldn't be happier. We moved in without touring as we were moving across country, and heavily relied on reviews when picking a place, and the reviews did not steer us wrong! Staff is incredible, extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. The office staff was incredible with the whole process and went above and beyond making us feel comfortable and welcome when moving across the country. Maintenance requests have been handled same day. The grounds are well kept. Ample parking, package notifications and the convenience of an online portal to pay and submit maintenance requests through. Highly recommend.

The area in which you wash and dry your clothes is quite bad and needs updating. The equipment they use is very old and very very dirty. I would expect paying $1.50 to wash and another $1.50 to dry my clothes the condition would be a bit better since there are 2 apartment buildings that share 1 washer and 1 dryer. No one cleans the equipment, the washer leaks and floods the bottom floor of the apartment. Inside the actual apartment building is dirty as well, there is trash and stains that cover the old outdated carpet floors. Besides the apartment buildings not being taken care of at all, the staff inside the office building is nice.
