I have enjoyed living here from the time I entered my apartment! I feel safe, very well taken care of - if I need anything everyone at the office is so helpful! The amenities are great. They go out of their way to have monthly community gatherings. It’s been more than I could ask for! The front office is incredible and maintenance is efficient. Life has been great here!

Weve been in our new home 8 months now and living here has been even better than anticipated. The entire staff, and maintenance crew are AMAZING! They really do care about each and every resident and everything on the property is always well taken care of. Any issue I’ve had (which have been very few) I submit the problem, and within a day, maintenance has already taken care of it. All the maintenance crew are professional and kind but Zach in particular is extremely well versed in his trade and it shows! Nothing he can’t seem to fix.. and always works quickly and efficiently! These apartments definitely check all the “must have” boxes!

Love everything about this apartment This was the best choice I made when moving to KC. It is a super clean environment with the nicest staff ever. They’re all so on top of everything and genuinely care for you and want you to have the best experience The apartments themselves are stunning and I often forget I’m living in an apartment building with several others because of how homey they are and rarely do I hear noise from the halls. I feel beyond safe here and everyone in the community is very friendly. Anytime I have had a maintenance issue, they have come very quickly and know what they are doing! Such a comfortable environment with amazing amenities and monthly gatherings that make this complex more like a neighborhood! AND Amanda from the leasing office is AMAZING

At first, the complex seemed great. Haven’t had any issues with the office personnel at all. But ever sense management changed to a new company it has been a steady decrease in quality of living in the community. Things continuously break or have issue in our apartment. And rent keeps going up. Out of all the people that we have talked to in the community, the apartments don’t warrant increase in prices, especially with us as people not making anymore money than before inflation kicked up. The only reason we haven’t moved is because it doesn’t make sense due to us leaving in the near future due to military orders. Not to mention the crime that has been a serious problem with no resolution or attempts to help from management. Cameras are a necessity at this point. I personally had 2 firearms stolen from my vehicle and that still wasn’t enough to get the complex to do something. I was forced to spend 300 dollars on my own camera system to monitor my vehicles. But sadly, parking usually prohibits me from using my cameras for my personal property due to having to park down the road instead of directly in front of my cameras. I know of at least 5 tenants that will be leaving after this year due to these issues. So In summary, what I think is as a community would like to see is better security, cameras, no more unwarranted increases in rent, especially for us that have stayed here multiple leases, and parking being worked out.
