Considerate and knowledgeable staff. Punctuality and timeliness of service isn't exceptional, but few medical institutes are. Testing is extensive and thorough although billing is equally exhaustive.

I am comfortable still wearing a mask & glad they require one. There is little to no waiting time. They alert to upcoming appointments. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They are friendly, courteous & knowledgeable

Cori was very prompt in timing and explain the process in easy-to-understand terms. Her demeanor was a pleasant break. She ensured all my questions and concerns were answered before moving me seamlessly to the next step in the process. Book with Cori you won't be disappointed.

Tina, the PA was very professional & had amazing patient care. The 2 ladies at the check in counter were extremely rude. On my first visit, the check in receptionist to the right was very rude when I told her I checked in online. She very loudly said, “not the last time I checked you didn’t” while rolling her eyes at me. She then told me to go wait in the red area for the provider. After asked her where that was she says “OVER THERE” & waves her hand in that direction. At my second visit, the check in receptionist on the left very loudly discussed my personal information which was very embarrassing to me. Eventually she walked me over to the red waiting area & pointed at a seat while saying “sit there & wait.” I sat down fighting back tears only to have her emerge from wherever she came from to mumble something to me while walking by me. It took everything I had in that moment to hold back the tears. The check out crew is amazing as was my experience with Tina but my check in experience was absolutely horrendous.

You need to call the Eye Institute and ask them. They accept many insurances. And each person Cornea replacement (Transplant) is different. Only they can answer your question. Their Cornea Doctors are very good.
You have to pay the day of the surgery.
I had a detached retina repaired. Unfortunately, my temp insurance ran out 2 weeks before my other kicked in. I'm out about $5700. And that's with a little break off the full price.
Do you except Humana?
