The doctor is great. But the front desk girls have no idea what they are doing! They are rude, not helpful, and just don't do their jobs properly. These are the ones you deal with the most, if they are always forgetting to call you to reschedule and you have to drive all the way there for nothing it's frustrating. They just all around do not do their jobs well on numerous occasions. If they hired people who were more qualified for the front desk they might have a five star rating.

If i could give zero i would for this staff name TARA FISHALOW who is inappropriate,sarcastic unreliable and LIAR.march 6 i called the office to asked if i can move my schedule and if i can get the script for my labworks.She( TARA FISHALOW) was the one who answered my call and she told that she is going to email me my scrpit for labs after she make my appointment so she told me to go see dr. Jooma last March 13 at 11am. So we got there before 11am only to find out that I don't have any appointment for that day i so i told the lady the story and showed her the email i got then she called TARA FISHALOW and she denied it but when the other lady said that she saw the email which is in my phone she just made a face like i don't know or i don't care then she walked away without saying any apology and they know we drove all the way from st.pete.So they made another appointment just this March 20 but i wasn't able to make it then i received a call that day saying that i need to do labworks again because according to her the results did not went through so i called the place where they did my labs and they said that it was sent already but they will resend it again.so i called them again ao they'll know it then she said that i still need to do it again because the lab didn't test the right one so that time i said i wanna talk to tje nurse of dr. Jooma already and with this girl it was impossible untill i called the place where they were able to let the nurse know and they gave me a call they said that suncoast did a mistake and test it for something else so i asked what was it supposed to be they said the other test but they did tje wrong one..I said NO they did test the right one what is in the script TARA FISHALOW gave me but she made show that it was the labwork people who made a mistake well in fact it was all because of her being INEFFICIENT and UNRELIABLE..this lady needs to rest and give that job to someone who deserves it and knows to take responsibility and accountability and be appropriate to their patients..She is A SHAME dr. Jooma's patients and so with this place...i added her email here as well i hope this will bring attention to the manager..

If I could give zero stars; I would. I received a call not too long ago from my mother who was extremely upset. My father is having pinpoint radiation done to a tumor in his brain after having two tumors removed from his throat with chemo and radiation. Even before these treatments he hasn't been the same mentally and his physicians are well aware of this. For a center that has "C.A.R.E values", to allow my father to leave without ensuring someone was there to take him safely and say it isn't their problem is despicable! My father left the facility and was wondering the street for an undetermined amount of time since your facility couldn't communicate when his treatment had even finished. While wondering, he lost all the medical paperwork you provided as well as his phone. It took my sister driving around to finally find him. For someone at your facility to even utter that it's not their problem is deplorable! Let me ask you; does it sound like you should have allowed someone who doesn't even think about losing their cell phone and important medical paperwork should be allowed to just leave alone without a second glance? As clinicians your duty is to ensure your patients are taken care of and are in a safe environment. I understand that patients are free to come and go, but knowing a patient hasn't been of sound mind it's your duty and medical obligation to ensure they leave the facility safely with a friend or family member. Your treatment and care does not start and stop at the door, it extends beyond.

Once you get in the machine and it depends whether or not you're having an IV contrast it only takes a few minutes but sometimes if you have to drink a contrast or IV you have to let it stay in your system an hour before scan
I have been very happy with the treatment that I am receiving there. The staff is exceptional. Kind and compassionate.
