I drop off my roommate here daily and it's a huge site. It looks professional, it's clean from what I saw from my vehicle, trucks parked all the same, the parking lot was full of vehicles, my only concern was they have a tiny lit street sign which is missable. Other than that it is a huge distribution center.

Yes it is the flex drivers drive into the building just like the Amazon vans and there's signs posted everywhere for flex drivers to follow into the building.
West side by bay doors you will see a series of doors with numbers on them. It's the last door farthest to your left of the bay doors.
