Had an awesome experience with Craig’s TV especially Louie. I purchased a TV from Costco that suddenly broke and was referred to Craig‘s TV to get my TV repaired. Naturally, I was scared. I was going to have to spend $1000 for a new TV. Louis and his worker were very professional upon arrival at my home and were able to fix the TV right away. They did some tests and made sure everything was running perfectly. I would highly recommend Craigs TV to anyone who Has TV issues.

I have not yet tested the WCR/Video player/ recorder they repaired. However I felt that the receptionist was very rude. She needs to learn how to treat customers for them to wish to return and do business with them.

Craig's TV repaired, cleaned and lubed our Marantz turntable that had not worked for over twenty years. They provided prompt and excellent service. They even found a "foot" to replace the missing one so the turntable is now balanced perfectly. Thanks. We will return if the occasion arises to repair a TV or electronics.

Unfortunately there is no general price to replace a screen. It depends on the cost of parts and the type to TV. However in most cases it is not practical to replace the TV screen. If you call us with the model number we can give you more information. Thank you, Craigs TV Management.
Sounds like the TV is going into protective mode. This happens when the processor senses a problem with one of the circuits. We would have to see and diagnose the TV to find out which circuit is causing the issue. Please feel free bring your TV in anytime during business hours... we also provide in-home service. Thanks
