Called to ask if he'd just check out my ebike I purchased, the front disk brake was rubbing and tire had a wobble. The gentleman was very rude on the phone. Said he didn't do ebike's (which I understand) but I just needed my front tire looked at. The spokes needed some adjustment, (which is what I said) he then proceeded to say "I'm debating if I even want to look at it" I said ok... I then said the bike is fine, I just need the tire looked at. He then said "no, I don't want to look at it" then hung up on me. Not very nice at all. I obviously don't know the quality of any work. This is just based off of how rude he was on the phone, then hung up on me.

Dan is awesome and knows his stuff. Prices are reasonable and he does quick work. I needed him for an emergency repair and he was there for me AND didn't price gouge me. Did excellent work, was informative, and nice to talk with. Bike runs better than it did when it was first purchased. Dan also has a good inventory of used bikes. He rents bikes too. This guy has 43 yr experience and is right on the Pinellas Bike Trail. What an asset.

Dan is the man!!! He reminds me of a salty, good ole pirate I knew on the island of Bonaire. We had a special situation and he helped us out from start to finish. You need a bike see Dan. He knows his stuff. Thank you to Dan and his staff we really appreciate all your help.

2/2022 UPDATE --- Returned to Dan three years after my last FL trip and again found a responsible price and two bicycles for the day. His personality has not changed any and he still does not give hugs. I've attached an updated photo of the two of us... FROM 2019 --- a new updated photo of the two of us. Contrary to some of the reviews - Dan provided me with three excellent bikes, his shop is located 25 feet off from the Pinellas Trail and he has very reasonable rates from his small working man's shop. He is not rude, he's blunt, he wants cash and he does not provide hugs. However if you are looking for a reliable bike at a reasonable cost in a most convenient location - DAN IS YOUR MAN.

Yes Pamela you can rent by the hour ,week or month.call the shop during business hours 9:30am-4pm seven days a week. I will be able to price it out for you depending on how many and the length of time. Thereis a $50.00 per bike deposit that must be on CC.I WILL SUPPLY YOU with locks so can stop anywhere. I do sell used trikes when I have them at the moment I have a trailmate DeSoto 20in it will go out the door for $250 it is used no warranty and you would have to call me and come in and ride it see if you like it let me know how close you are I do not normally deliver so you can call me at area code 727-586-6437 and you can let me know if you're interested in the used trike
