First, they answered the phone in short order, and got me in in 2days.! Some places I go for my health services are staffed with 4-5 people behind the counter, and I wait sometimes over an hour, this huge place had 1 girl behind the desk, but there was no line she had ALL of everyone’s paperwork prepared in 3 stacks & she politely told me what I needed to do, it took a while, and she never fell Behind, everyone was seen quickly, and the doctor who worked on my hands explained to me why I had to come back to see another Dr for my arms, but was very concerned about my hands, and treated one with a shot and scheduled another appointment for the other hand and with the other Dr.to treat my upper arms… & I was out… easy…

Wonderful experience with Alexander Orthopedic. Dr. Ali Zahrai was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Alexander Orthopedic and would highly recommend to anyone.

I came to see Dr. Alexander about having my right hip replaced. Dr. Alexander is highly recommended from my Back Surgeon as well as a coworker who had both hips replaced by Dr. Alexander. Point is this, I’m a little apprehensive as this is to me a big operation, Dr. Alexander and his staff I felt as if I was hanging around friends talking about stuff that needed to be done. I spoke with Dr. Alexander as I would a friend very comfortable relaxed and he was straight to the point with my situation. I’m ready to have my hip replaced by Dr. Alexander. The whole experience was perfect. From speaking to the individuals at the front desk to speaking with Dr. Alexander, within three seconds I knew this was the real deal great choice. I’m excited and looking forward to this experience so I can move forward and enjoy my life again. Thank you!!!

My husband is a combat wounded Army veteran with 25 years of service in the military. As a result of his service he has multiple injuries in his extremities that he has been battling with the VA to get addressed for years. We decided to explore other options and found Alexander Orthopaedic. Our first impression was FANTASTIC! The facility was very clean, modern and inviting. The staff is warm and very efficient. He had to have multiple appointments due to how his insurance is billed. They accommodated him quickly and with great care. He had to have several MRIs and was offered instant pain relief via injections once the MRIs were read. He will need a few surgeries and we have the upmost confidence in Dr. Vizzi and their staff. I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism, attention to the patient and genuine care that is displayed at Alexander Orthopaedic. We are so thankful to have found them. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!!
