It's pretty decent. The ISP is Comcast but customer service and tech issues are managed by the apartment office. We stream and game simultaneously on 3 Xboxes and several computers and phones and never notice any performance drops.
The internet is provided by the apartments for the 'smart apartment' amenities. Its included in the rent. I have seldom issues. When the internet is down, we are sent a text of the situation and is resolved in a matter of hours.
