It's pretty decent. The ISP is Comcast but customer service and tech issues are managed by the apartment office. We stream and game simultaneously on 3 Xboxes and several computers and phones and never notice any performance drops.

We use the same rental criteria for all applicants which includes a credit check, residential verification, and employment verification. Combined income for the apartment must also reach at least 2.8x total rent.

No not really occasionally you hear doors slam if you have your porch door open it creates a vacuum and your door will slam super hard if you don't watch it. Sometimes you'll hear the train but more so you'll feel the train Rock the building if it's going by fast and there's heavy Freight.
