I needed two Hoses replaced in my Malibu boat and Taylor’s kept my boat nearly two months during the summer months to fix it while I payed my $200/months storage fee at another facility. Their communication with customers is abysmal. They would not return calls in a timely manner and were generally difficult to deal with. I will vote w my dollars and not use their services again . Total cost $800. No thank you.

Service department is a joke, hence the 1 star. (We did have a decent experience with sales) what is the point of calling to “schedule” an appointment for a simple oil change only to not have said service done the day of the appointment? My Thursday “appointment” oil change gets the boat done and back to me 5-6 days later… for an oil change?! So can someone explain to me why you even bother to schedule an appointment for me knowing you can’t deliver on it? We’ve had our boat scheduled for service in the past with them and had it scheduled for a future date and completed that same day, no problem, so what gives now? What irks me the most is that they probably over scheduled themselves or forgot to get to our boat and rather than be transparent about that, they make excuses for their poor customer service and inability to handle appointments for basic service. (apparently a scheduled appointment is not actually an appointment, it only means your boat will be serviced when they “get to it”). Had I not called today they would have had my boat all weekend while closed… had they told me any of this when we brought our boat in yesterday we would have turned right around and not wasted our time going back and forth…No communication whatsoever on their part.

We went there to sell are boat and they ended up not cleaning are boat and we paid for it and the were treble people to us and stole a full tank of gas when we decided we were not going to sell it with them and they ended up charging a fortune and did absolutely nothing to help us in selling are boat
