Came in to see about getting 5 new rims and a full size spare instead of the dinky doughnut for my car. I stood around in the lobby for 15 minutes without ever being acknowledged or offered any assistance even after 3 different employees came in and out of the show room. They had 1 guy in the front actually working but only giving all his attention to one customer while 3 other customers stood around waiting for assistance including me. Meanwhile I look inside the work bays and see 4technicians just standing around doing nothing while the lobby is full of waiting customers. Myself and another customer finally had enough of being ignored and left. Congrats discount you lost two sales because your staff is unprofessional and lazy.

Great tire buying experience! I had an appointment, was told how long it would take after arriving (about 40 minutes), and they finished before that time. They also price matched a competitor. Best experience I've had at a tire shop!
