The Staff here are knowledgeable and extremely friendly, me and my wife got our bikes specifically from Dallas who made great recommendations however the best thing was he made sure not to steer us to what he would but helped us narrow down what we were really looking for even when it went against his recommendation. Not many people have the self control to do that particularly in sales. Thanks again Dallas and everyone else at Wasatch Indian you guys ROCK!!

Went in mostly to window shop, as I won't really be in the market for a new bike for at least a couple more months. Dallas was very friendly, and was ready and willing to answer my questions even after I made it clear I wasn't going to be buying a bike today. Absolutely no pressure towards a sale, and great service all around. If I decide to go with an Indian, I'll definitely come back and hopefully work with Dallas.

I attempted to come here to purchase a Indian Chief motorcycle... after walking around for 10-15 min we were not acknowledged by a single employee. One (Dallas) was helping a customer so I will give him a small break. But at least acknowledge I'm in the store and let me know someone will be with me. Two other employees were standing at computers and didn't attempt at all to assist or say hi. As I walked out I yelled "Thanks for your help". And Dallas had the nerve to reply and say something along the lines of "no problem". What a joke. I'll take my 30k elsewhere.
