I would give no stars if I could...The lady at the front desk was extremely rude (I believe she is from India) This place in no means luxurious is not dirty from what I could see but not friendly...We ended not staying there because of there rudeness. (For whomever owns this place...Either you run this or have someone running this motel for you...You need to have yourself or employees take a customer service class...My family had ran a business since the 1980's in West Covina and this type of service you're giving people would be a death sentence to a business.

I made a reservation on Expedia for 79 dollars and when I got there, they told me their internet and tv are down, and they cant look up my reservation. So I asked if I could still get my room and the man in the office told me yes, but for 110. This is absurd, seeing how they upped the price by 30 dollars, and you don't even get tv or wifi anymore, so I was pretty disappointed. Oh, and not to mention all the shady looking hookers and gangsters there. Thanks Expedia! You're the best! 👌

Although staff were pleasant and the price reasonable, the Room was very basic. Motel do d not provide face towels which every woman needs. We had a family emergency and needed to stay an additional night but the management wouldn’t let us book another night. They said they could not provide a continuous stay for guests. WTH! I thought businesses wanted to make money not turn it away. Will not stay there again or recommend to anyone
