Only Two dogs in the kennels when I was there. The place is very clean and temperature controlled.

From my understanding, under 18 can volunteer with a parent or legal guardian.

The best thing to do would be go into the shelter and check it out, they are very small shelter and they don't get a lot of stray dogs
