Let me start this review by saying that I only write google reviews when something I find is extremely worth other people knowing how good something is. And that being said, people need to know about Parker Kuehn. Parker has changed my life. In March 2021 I was hospitalized and put on medication due to the diet/lifestyle choices I had been making. I was broken. Malnourished. I felt like my body was on the verge of shutting down. I knew that I had to make some changes but I didn’t know where to start. Then the universe brought me Parker. From my very first free consultation with him, I knew he was the one that was going to help me change my life. I started as a client of his in July 2021. Parker took me “back to basics”. And although I struggled mentally, Parker took his time with me. Letting me adjust. Parker has taught me what it means to eat a nutrient dense balanced diet that is fully sustainable long term. He explained to me why what I was doing was super harmful. His meal plans are super simple. He likes to work on a “grab n’ go” lifestyle so you don’t have to meal prep for hours. Parker doesn’t tell you what to do. He teaches you. Gives you the tools. But also keeps you accountable for the work. It’s been 7 months that I’ve been fortunate enough to have Parker has my coach. I’m pleased to say that within the first month or so, Parker had me off all medications! I slowly went from eating 800 cal/day to 1900 cal/day. I now have a healthy relationship with food. I feel the healthiest I’ve ever felt in a long time. I’m sleeping better. I understand the importance of drinking water. He has built a fantastic workout plan that I absolutely love. Parker wants you to succeed. He reminds you and celebrates all the small wins along they way. I must also emphasize that even if you are not in the same city, state, or even country as Parker, you shouldn’t hesitate. I live on Ontario Canada. He’s in Utah. We FaceTime our appointment once a week and I can text him anytime with questions. I have big goals for 2022. And I know Parker is going to help me achieve them and celebrate with me when I do.

Last year I worked with Tom to meet my weightloss goal. Not only did I lose the weight but I left with the knowledge and ability to sustain a completely healthier lifestyle. It's been several months since I worked with Tom and I've been able to keep the weight off because Tom helped me build all of the habits to succeed. A year ago I was lost about nutrition, losing weight and general health. I found Key Nutrition, and Parker became my coach. I didn’t know how to begin and Parker was able to help put into place a lifestyle that worked for me, and that I will be able to sustain for life. I've had Parker as my coach since January and it's been awesome! Even before the pandemic, I was unhappy with my health habits and relationship with food. Well during 2020 that got even worse, so I made the decision to get help. A friend of mine was a client of Parker and I had seen my friend go through an amazing transformation and I wanted something similar. So I called him up. Now I had had mixed success with losing weight and going to the gym in years past. So I had some ideas of what I was signing up for. I knew I'd be signing up for being hungry and not eating stuff I love to eat. But I was willing to make that sacrifice. Ready for a click bait transition? I couldn't have been more surprised by how wrong I was!! The first few weeks we focused on what I was eating, not necessarily the amount. The biggest surprise was how I wasn't gaining any weight (i was even losing a tiny bit) and I felt full the entire time. OVER full the whole time, even. It was then that I realized that this was going to be different than other times I'd tried on my own. With Parker's guidance, I've developed a better relationship with food. I'm eating nutritiously, it tastes great, and my daily food is very diverse. I'm seeing amazing results now that I'm working out more (with Parker's fitness plan) and pulled back on food intake. The craziest thing and the thing that has made this relatively easy is that despite losing more than a pound a week, I'm still never hungry. I've even lost my cravings for sugar. I think one of the biggest factors for why I've taken to it so well is that if you buy into the plan, everything is so easy to do. Meal prep is quick and easy, which is a big deal for me. A big reason I ate out so much was more for the ease than for the food itself. We eased into the workout plan to so that it stayed fun and enjoyable. Now I LOVE my time in the gym, whereas before I would have balked a little. The last thing I'll mention is the focus on sustainability. Parker has been helping me develop skills, knowledge, and habits that aren't just to get swimsuit ready for summer. Everything that we've done I plan on continuing on even if I stop formally meeting with Parker. Does this mean I'll never eat a pizza again? No... I definitely will be having pizza again. But right now I'm enjoying developing good, sustainable habits to keep me healthy for the rest of my life. So if you're looking to develop sustainable habits in a manageable, even easy, way, give KeyNutrition a shot.

Do you guys work with athletes, specifically high school swimmers.

They work with everyone. Some of their coaches even participated and won shows this year in body building. You have a goal, they can help. I recommend calling and speaking to Michelle. She will set you right up Alex.
