I will never order a major appliance from them again. I ordered a new dishwasher on 3/12/22. They never delivered a new dishwasher and it is now 6/2/22 and I'm still trying to get my refund. They stated I would have a refund in 7-9 business days and it's been well past that time frame. Customer service is passive aggressive or make promises of a refund only to not follow through. Even after calling well over 20 times and having a case number opened I still have no dishwasher or refund.

They do carry large rugs. I've never specifically looked for indoor rugs at Home Depot

It will take a very long time. It would be best to get a professional carpet cleaner with a truck mount machine to suction all water within 1 hour of moisture than use professional grade air movers

Yes HD has tools for rent. Available tools vary from professional quality to small hand tools. Minimum rental period is 4 hours. Tools can not be reserved, so it's first come, first serve and what available varies from story to story. You need valid photo ID and credit card.
