Hello our check in time is 4 PM. Feel free to come in early on the day of your stay. If your room is not ready, you can start using our awesome amenities by coming by the front desk. We have restrooms for changing if you'd like to use the pools.
Check out time is at 11am i would call before you arrive to see if its ready*if its not" i would ask whats the earliest it could be ready for you* mabe stop and grab a bite to eat before you get there* then hopefully it will be ready* but usually its ready by 1pm* but maybe earlier*
We went to lunch, visited some local stores, and walked the beach. We were there right at check in time. We made our reservations online so it was quick. Others took awhile. They didn't have enough people at the desk to keep it moving quickly.
If the room is ready then yes
If room is ready they are good at letting you in.
If your room is ready they will usually go ahead and let you check in. Their accommodating....
