Not sure about that sorry , i showed up with no reservation a week before spring break , 64.00 per night Rooms were doubling in price the next week had a great time
I'm not sure I would call and asked about the refund ..... It a great place tho lots fun all you needs in one spot .
When you make your Reservation you have to purchase there Vacation Interruption package. The cost is $30 but worth it. All of deposit is refunded for cancellations any time before 4pm the day of check-in. And you are insured you will get your money back if for any Reason you checkout early. Let's say you reserve for 5 days but have to leave for an emergency at home 3 days into your Vacation. You will get refunded for your remaining 2 days. Unfortunate things do happen sometimes. Not all hotels offer this. And from personal experience, I have lost money for being unable to stay the whole time without this protection.

We just went there for mothers day and got a suite for 109./night..it had a br with 2 queen beds tv and a LR with a queen murphy bed and sofa and tv and a full kitchen which we utilized and bath had massage shower with great water pressure..staff was nice and accommodating....will return!!!
