I've heard that some of the rooms or individually owned. If I'm reserving through the hotel, what are the chances of getting one of those rooms?

Hi Crystal, most of the units at Landmark are individually owned. In order to be on our rental program, we require the unit to be up to a certain standard, even though the furniture and decor may vary from unit to unit.

They book whatever is available whether or not it's owned by a private individual or the hotel itself

Yes. Alot of the rooms are privately owned. Most likely that is the one you will probably get.
