I would call over there. I am sure they would be willing to look and work out something with you.... most likely. They have so many cats to re home!
Thanks for going the adoption route. Hope you get to give Paul a good forever home. You'll never regret it.
Definitely go and see Paul and confirm you've reserved your adoption. Congratulations!
Hi, Kameron! First, thanks for thinking about adoption. It's an amazing and rewarding thing to do. Is your question regarding the 48-hour hold that gets put on an animal when an adoption application is accepted? If so, that time frame allows potential adopters to get documents like their other pet's vet records, apartment lease pet policy, etc. to the shelter so the VBSPCA team can verify them. When that hold expires, for any number of reasons, then the animal is again available for adoption. You can often have your application reinstated by the front desk, something I would recommend doing in person. Besides, it's an ugly, rainy day outside. This is perfect weather for spoiling shelter cats with attention. Does that answer your question?
You could call or better yet you should do what the heart says and go there and talk to someone and make your decision then
No matter what you're going to have to go there
Thanks! Your answer is awaiting moderation.
