Elite Custom Cakes
I was to deliver a cake on base in which the recipients assured me I had access! NOPE! These Young ladies at this pass office went above and beyond to try and help me get this cake delivered. After an hour had gone by and we still could not get hold of anyone. MA3 Kold, decided to just hop in my vehicle and escort me on base so we could get this retirement cake delivered. She was amazing and I hope that she would be recognized for her efforts and Outstanding customer service. I Thank you for the care you all take!!

Shockingly enough this office is very fast. Was in and out in 5 minutes. Heard some guy in there cussing out the workers and they handled it well and professional. Handled it with more courtesy than I would’ve.
