Ya its better if you check with airline. They have wheelchair assistances which will help you to reach the location. Its internally connected so you should be good there.
The airline offers free wheelchair assistance , just ask to be added on a person ticket for free
Contact the location to see if they will. There are elevators to get to the Hertz location also so no worry about stairs. The airline may even help with a wheelchair to the location if they can not pick up.
