Picked up our car on a Friday morning and dropped off on a Monday. When I say this was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had with a rental car location I am not exaggerating. The employees were knowledgeable, quick, and personable and went out of the way to make our experience and our day. Highly recommend.

When i stopped by to possibly exchange a rental they seemed to have alot of mini vans.
You have to follow sings to ground transportation ride the airtrain to P3, down escalator, to left. Sign is for National. Its the third set of desks.
A shuttle is not needed. You take a tram that takes you around from terminal to parking and to the various car rental companies

They have been known to do this sometimes. I think they will stay a few hours for you because you are not the only customer possibly 😉
Yes. If you're in Newark you drop it off and catch an air train to your terminals and the opposite when you arrive. Easy and quick

You have to find the terminal that has all the rentals, enterprise will be connected with Alamo, you have to go straight to the back of the garage and pick up your rental, always return at least an hour or 2 before your flight so you have time to Check in before your departure.
They should have someone able to take you from Enterprise EWR to the airport. It's not that far from there.
They have carts to help with luggage
Use the airport tram. Its right there.
You take the airtrain from any terminal to rental car stops. There are stewards in each stop they are very helpful.
Not sure if they have but you can definitely get a shuttle @ the airport.

This is strange, usually they do pick up calls.
Ask the agent when renting, they have GPS as well as toll transponders available (for rent) with the car.
If you pick up the car and drop off the car at those airports , there is no additional charge !

It is not on Terminal A, B, C. You should take AirTrain from any Terminal to P(1,2??) stop. It's free. Just follow signs.
Enterprise on Central Ave East Orange or West Orange location. On Washington st is a lot cheaper The West Orange location
Enterprise doesn't really care where you drive the car as long as you return it to the same location.

Well I rented a luxury car (Mercedes Benz 2018) for a week and paid $438 from ERW Airport and traveled to N.C.

You should be able to drop it off at the lot they have at the airport. There should be a key drop. I would call enterprise to confirm.
They allow you to choose when you start. I think you could change if you're willing to return to where you rented from.
Maybe too late to answer this but for anyone reading; the rental cancels out automatically after 24 hours if you booked through the actual enterprise/alamo/national website. However if you book with a third party, such as orbitz or expedia , and you prepaid for the rental. You must contact them directly.
