Good place to rent car , fair price , staff super frendly ... but do not forget Credit card ... as debit can be refuased

I would give a zero if the option allows me to...But be very aware when you rent cars from these guys. Absolutely crooks, charging people extra day when we return the car on time and 1/2 tank fuel for $120. One of the worst out there!!!

The EWR location billed me for an extra day after I returned the car and did not send an invoice. I had to request and invoice and go through several hoops, including showing receipts to prove I was in another state when they claim I returned the car.

Due to a delayed plane we were 30 mins late. I expected this would mean the vehicle would definitely be available on our arrival. It was not; 30 minutes later we are leaving the parking lot and the vehicle has a laundry list of prior damages. During our time with the vehicle the check engine light came on and it had trouble starting. This is not a problem created from day to day driving that is an issue from irregular or poor long term maintenance. The car didn’t break down on us and got us to where we wanted to go. So after returning the car I received my total summary which did not match up with what I actually got charged, with no explanation as to why I got an additional charge. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of vehicle and quality of service. I’ll be looking for another company the next time I’m in need of a rental vehicle.
