Our flight changed, now gets in at 10:30pm, E closes at 10. I called. They added flight to our res and said they'll stay open at that branch an addl 2 hrs (12am) for us to get our rental. Has anyone experienced this? Will they be there?

They have been known to do this sometimes. I think they will stay a few hours for you because you are not the only customer possibly 😉

I asked what happens if it’s later than that, they said you can pick it up the next day. Um. As in 12:01, or when they open at 6am? Don’t want to be stranded at midnight.
