The New York Performing Arts Academy, a long standing 501c3 non profit reserved a truck from this place today to pick up Donated items to assist with the current humanitarian crisis in the immediate Newark and surrounding areas. Unfortunately when we arrived to pick up the vehicle the gentleman behind the counter made sure we couldn't help by telling us we needed to pay an extra $1,500 "deposit" that no one informed us of. This forced us to scramble now to find alternative methods to pick up this donation. Thanks Enterprise for making sure the people of the area you serve stay in the dire situations they may be facing.

When I walked in, everyone was super eager to help me. As soon as I began questioning the amount for the deposit, that eagerness to help QUICKLY diminished. One guy turned around and handed me back my license. The young lady that helped me read off the information on the documents I needed to sign really fast, gave me a vehicle that smelled like cigarette smoke, had scratches and dings all on the exterior of the car. A manager named Ulysses called me after I dropped off the car. He asked me how my experience was. Once I began to tell him, he said " Well since you didn't pay anything, I can't help you". I hung up. Next time, I will wait for the Verona location to get cars in.

Wow... still no response from the local Corporate branch.... so glad to know how they value customers!
I'm sorry for your wait. I work at the East orange branch. If I'm working all cars are clean. Due to this virus, You would think customers would bring the vehicles back in better shape. But that's not the case. So it takes longer for the cleaning service. I'm sorry your delayed appointment. Next time come to East orange branch and ask for Eric to clean your next rental.
I rented a Nissan Rogue. It was clean and in perfect condition. I was very pleased with the rental.
