This Dollar at the airport is not open 24 hours as stated. They close at midnight. You can drop off but not pick up.

I wish I can give them negative stars. Bunch of frauds running this place. I had called a day earlier to tell them I will be a couple of hours late, the person on the phone agreed and said it’s totally fine and that they will charge me for the 2 hours. Apparently if they don’t write this info down in your rental record they charge any amount they like for an extra day. The lady who answered the phone took my rental record number but did not feel the need to write it down. So they charged me double the original rental rate for the last day. Don’t recommend going here at all but if you have no other option always always see the receipts. They quote one price and charge you another. Don’t go by their words, always re check the receipts. They are ready to scam you!

Worst customer service ever. I have booked a car when I came to collect they didn’t have the car. Also they made me wait 3 hours long maybe longer. Never go there waste of time not worth it!

We've been in line for 24 minutes and the one customer service rep is still helping the same customer. There are two more in front of us and 4 behind us. Next time we'll spend the extra and rent from a proper company. Live and learn...

Use the airtrain to P2, downstairs you will find Dollar
Find a train. And follow car rental signs.
Airtrain will take you to all points with in the airport, and to the Long Island Rail Road
It depends on if Priceline is running a special. That goes for Dollar rental car also.
Yes you have to drop it back to the same location
Credit is only for main driver. If you return the car in Florida, it may cost you $1500 (!!) For the return in other country.
Average 20-40 dollars extra.
Once you enter the airport area, follow the first Terminals sign. After that, you should start seeing signs for Rental Returns. Follow the signs to the left. Each company has it's own area. Dollar is the last one and is together with Thrifty.
