I have a reservation to pick up a car 1/15/18 morning around 6:30 am at Newark NJ airport, it will be cold in the morning around 25 degree. Does the car has snow tires? Is the road icy?

It will all depend on the type of car you rented. But most likely it will have all weather tires.
