When you get to the airport just follow the signs to Car Rental. Hertz is right there by the stoplight in front of the gas station. Once you get there to drop the vehicle off just ask someone if it's possible for them to transfer you to the terminal
Follow the signs to rental car return near Terminal A. Then take the airtrain which is adjacent to Hertz to Terminal C.
