Yes and a main attraction being un useable results in no refunds discount or anything
It does result in lost revenue in returning customers. Reason why they got a 2 star rating thus far from us.
We come here quiet often and in all seasons. We have a 5 year old and teenager's. We have had no issues here. Whatever the slide issue is not been experienced with us. The coffee is always been free and had no issues with doors. We have been coming here for 10 years. We will be coming hopefully another 20 plus years.
Has anyone used the water park during winter months? Is it cold in there?
What is the slide issue? It sounds interesting. Perhaps local media would be interested in doing an investigative report on it.
It’s false advertising. The slide is closed on 4/26.
Carpet is outdated. The hot water was only lukewarm. My Mom had to boil water to wash dishes. They got locked out of their room because the key lock battery died and had to wait awhile at the door in the cold after leaving the hot tub. My Dad did not like that their was no free coffee in the lobby and no restaurant on site. The front desk said if you didnt turn in your towel to get the towel card back, you'd be charged $10, but, there was a towel return overflowing in the pool area. When they did turn in their towels, the front desk had no towel cards to give back to them. ??? Confusing! I was not impressed with the customer service here.
