Thank you for accommodating myself and my children for last minute reservations! Upon arriving for check-in, the very first thing I noticed walking through the doors was the fresh smell! The hotel has a very clean, inviting smell! The staff was courteous and very top notch! Check in was a breeze after dealing with another local hotel that did not have our room ready 2 hours after check in time. We arrived to our room and it was immaculate! Very clean! Clean sheets and towels! We couldn't wait to shower! The tub was perfect size for my little one and so clean, I cannot stress "CLEAN" enough! The fridge, microwave, stove and coffee maker were also very clean and in good working condition. The AC was nice and cool and we even had to get up and turn the temp up bc it was so cold. It was nice after a long hot day at the beach! The pool looked amazing although we weren't able to swim on our visit. Large TV with a good selection of channels, wifi available, also snacks and drinks were available for purchase in the lobby for those of us that wanted to. There was a laundry room available for, $2 to wash, $1.50 to dry! Ice was on 3rd floor, thank goodness for the elevator which took only seconds! The breakfast was nice. Good selection of cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries, oatmeal and grits, also a wafflemaker and coffee bar, also OJ and milk available. The breakfast attendant was very friendly and helpful and eager to quickly clean up any and all mess! The beds were great for a good night's rest before getting back on the road the next morning. Water was hot and had good pressure! The location is favorable as it isnt too far from the beach and also great shopping, restaurants and attractions close by. I would recommend them for a night stay or an extended stay! We know where we are going when we return for another visit! I wish I had taken pictures to post with this review!

Overall it was a decent hotel. The beds were high and comfy. The shower pressure was great and water got nice and hot, which I loved! Stayed 3 nights was happy with the stay except the AC, I felt like it could've been cooler. Didn't use the pool, but it was open during my stay. The recent reviews weren't the best, so I'm glad our rooms were good🙌🏾🙌🏾 The front desk staff are all nice and pleasant, good customer service!

Worse stay ever !! I normally don’t give bad reviews. This place is not clean. I just want to let the owner know your hotel needs to be closed and remodel. The whole place are dirty. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and we aren’t comfortable sleeping through the night. People next door are noisy and walking the hallways. The walls are not sound proof, hallways smells bad when someone cook inside there room you can smell it in the hallways. The elevator are old that needs to be clean and fix. There’s no lighting. The whole place needs to be knock down and start fresh. We are shock because in the website looks very nice rooms. I’m surprised no one inspect this place for health and safety reason. While we’re there someone got arrested in the parking lot when we we’re entering the hotel. We had to ask the cop if it’s okay to go inside. We were so uncomfortable. There are few cops outside talking to some young lady getting hand cuffs. As we entered the lobby glass windows were shattered. It was an awful experience. We will never ever come back there. It’s very unsafe environment. People hanging outside drinking, we don’t know if they are customers or what. The bathroom was disgusting, doors will not shut and dare not touch the door knob it looks sticky disgusting. The rooms are dirty, tables and kitchen counters are filthy. It was a bad experience. By the way as soon as we left there my husband got sick. He had a very bad asthma/cold/congestion. It’s probably the water from the shower. Who knows if it’s clean or not. Maybe it’s mold !!! Gross !!! I warn you !!!! I felt bad for the front desk employee she probably have heard all the bad reviews. I hope the owner read all the bad reviews here. Do something about it !! I will not recommend this place. This place only worth $40/night even so I will not stay at your hotel. DO NOT CHECK IN TO THIS HOTEL !!!!!

overall not that pleased with the experience. elevator sounded like it was gonna break at any moment, floor sinks in right off the elevator of the 3rd floor so for a sec you think you're gonna fall through the floor. the bedding had holes and some staining on them, the toilet had urine on it, the kitchenet was dirty and the vent needed to be cleaned badly. the staff at the hotel was the best part of the experience. anyone I had contact with was very nice and helpful. maybe do more housekeeping wise and fix issues with the hotel instead of slapping paint over it.
