We are very pleased with our hotel room and the majority of the workers here at this hotel. Unfortunately, this morning, on the 4th of July, there was one service staff that came into the breakfast area and rudely stated that breakfast ended at 10am. She walked out, but not long after came back and stated it more loudly and more rudely that breakfast ended at 10am. She even told something to the lady who was working her butt off to get food out to ALL of the paying guests that were patiently waiting for breakfast. Mind you, the entire breakfast area was packed with people eating or trying to get food. My husband and son were down by 9:15am and had to wait awhile before getting food. It was only 10:05-10:07am mind you when she had the audacity to come in to her work place and be completely rude foe no reason! She could have said something nicely if she were that much in a hurry, or realize how actually busy it was. She sure didn't go help the poor lady that was working by herself to take care of the amount of people there. She also made sure she went and get food to eat after 10am. Other workers went to help clean up the breakfast area, but she made sure she ate. We frequent hotels often, and have NEVER had this experience! Luckily everyone else has been extremely nice and friendly. This person obviously doesn't understand when or how to be courteous to others. What made it worse was that this is the 4th of July! People chose here to celebrate! I sure hope this won't happen the rest of our trip here.

Beyond what I expected at a dog-friendly hotel. Very clean. Delicious and complete breakfast. Great price. Good location. Very attractive and comfortable interior spaces. Very nice deck on the intracoastal. Staff assisted with an early check-in so that we could attend a scheduled event. Highly recommend. Definitely will return.

Floors in room were covered in a dark sticky residue. Me and my kids had to wear shoes during our stay. Shower was missing the shower curtain. A couple of floors had missing carpet and exposed tack strips. Made call before traveling to confirm pricing. I prefaced the call with confirming they were a pet friendly hotel, as I have a dog. Was quoted $246.38 for my total stay with all taxes and fees. Actual charges were $313.58. Hotel manager was only willing to refund $33.60 of the difference, but not because he misquoted me. Will not return to this hotel again. Long story short, full-priced stay but only partially meets expectations. Virtually no ownership was taken over mistakes they made. Stay somewhere else.

This is a VERY nice hotel in a great location. Spotless! Friendly and professional staff. GOOD hot breakfast! I love to soak in the bathtub and this room had a whirlpool...before I got in, I filled it and turned on jets. NO gunk or grimy anything! Water was as clear and when it was filled! Would absolutely stay again. Jason, Manager and Raymond (I think) were SUPERB!

Yes but there are currently only 4 rooms that are pet friendly so just make sure to book in advance to secure one of the pet friendly rooms
Stayed here a little over a week ago. Took no more than 10 minutes to get to the beach.
Pavillion about 2 min down rd. Go carts next door. Plenty to do
