We did my son’s birthday party here. They were wonderful and even worked with us on rescheduling when the birthday boy got sick. I’m very strongly considering booking the entire place for my oldest son’s graduation party, and I can’t speak highly enough of how wonderful these guys were with my kids.

Update: Owner/Management called me to address my concerns. He was pleasant and professional. For this I have changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. First and last visit at this place. I decided to have a last minute birthday celebration for my eight year old son. Wasted $250 and my son was injured during laser tag. There was a metal pole exposed and he left his 'party' with a bruised cheek and a black knot on his eye. The attendee took me into the laser tag area to see where it happened, and it looks as if the foam they normally have around the metal poles were old and worn off. There was no incident report made or anything. The young employee put a few ice chips in a plastic glove for me(best he could do I guess).The arcade games took our coins constantly and we had three cold pizzas. I also noticed the location isn't doing anything extra to take safety precautions for COVID19. No mask required, laser tag equipment was not sanitized after each game, etc. There was hand sanitizer at the gaming entry door.

Just had a birthday party there, it was great and everyone had a fun time. There's plenty of party rooms, plenty of arcade games, and of course the thrill of lazer tag! Definitely time well spent!

We had my sons 5 th birthday here and it was awesome. Everyone including the parents had a blast. Facility was clean staff was super friendly and helpful. Showed up and everything was ready for us so easy and stress free. Literally loved every second of it! Highly recommend!!!!! And will definitely be back. Thank you Phazer Kraze for a wonderful party and making my son feel so special.
