New Horizons is a great bike shop. They offer new and used bikes. They do a good job keeping your bicycle rolling. They donate proceeds from the Great River Ride to Friends of the Columbia Greenway.

Brought a bike in that needed service that I purchased somewhere else, the owners were very helpful and took care of me as if I purchased it there. I dropped it of and to my surprise it was done the same day! I would strongly recommend this small business!

Its a pretty good bike store and i bought a bike i really like there. My only complaint with the experience is when i went back a year later for repairs and a tune up. My derailleur had broken off and they got that taken care of although im pretty sure all they would have needed to replace was the mounting bracket. But what can you expect from anywhere these days😕so i was fine with that. But i also said to go over the whole bike and that the back brakes were bad. When i got it back it had a new chain for some reason and the brakes werent touched. Pretty sure i payed about a hundred extra for things that didnt need to be done and my brakes are still bad. It is a nice family run place though

Such a great shop with pretty much everything you need to make your cycling experience what you want it to be. If it's not in the store they can get whatever you want pretty quickly. Prices are also very competitive and Don's mechanical service and knowledge is top notch. Want to go for a LONG ride? Don is the go to guy and has all the answers.

I saw electric bikes there when we were there a couple of weeks ago (2/13/22). They seem knowledgeable too.
Collin, I'd suggest stopping in. Selection is a bit limited right now but we expect about 20 E-Bikes in the next 10 to 14 days.
There a small shop I've been going there for like 20 years and only really seen a couple new faces but it never hurts to ask
They sometimes take a little longer to respond, than do other (bigger)bike shops ... Sometimes even a couple of days. However, in my experience they do respond, and their customer service is exceptional! I'd give them 5 stars for service, but only 3 for communication.
