If you are/were like me-meaning you live in an apt where they are your only option...know you arent powerless. File a complaint with the fcc. Give a brief statement about your issue and include this statement or something close to this in your own words: Isp(direcpath) is providing me with a service level below the level of service that they provide in neighborhoods where their are other ISP's that compete with them. (This is an fcc violation). I couldnt enjoy online gaming after I moved into my new place. For months. I gave them opportunities to make it right before I went down that road. But they arent gonna provide you with the service level they should be without being forced to. Its a $ thing. They are gonna pay for the most minimal amount of bandwidth that they can squeak by with. And arent going to add nodes to an overloaded network until they are forced to. Nodes cost $. The decision makers at this company choose not to treat the customer in a golden rule type of manner. Its treat the customer like they look like this, "$". For the record, I understand most employees who work there are powerless to do anything about the day to day work operations. Just dont get into the bandwidth game if you cant provide decent level service. They finally fixed my issues bc they were forced to. So again, just know, you arent powerless. Most people just dont know they can go this route and get some relief.

So now when you call the number , the system automatically hangs up on you.. there is no way to contact them and I literally just paid a bill and my internet is out again with no reasoning… my apartment has a contract with them so we are forced to keep this trash company . HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS ... ??????? How can this even be legal ????? Service ALWAYS goes out and I work from home so I constantly have to go else we’re to use internet. What is the point of paying $90 a month ?????
