If you’re homeless be homeless, don’t live here. Live in your car before you live in WestMar. They don’t care about students, they don’t care if you’re going through financial problems. They put you with any type of person. They have roaches and nasty hallways. It’s a rundown. A dump. When you leave, they charge you unexpected fees. They should be demolished.

This place is awful. Nothing but issues and inconveniences. Do not move here. You’d do better in a dorm cuz these ARE NOT student apartments. Any and everyone live here. From management to maintenance, it’s HORRIBLE. You’d do better living out your car.

I moved in recently and I will have to say so far it's been great! I feel as if I ask the staff a lot of questions since its my first time and they are always there to answer them. Maintenance is friendly and professional. The team does everything they can to make this my home and I really appreciate that.

Based on my initial experience talking to the leasing office, I don't think they allow multiple people to live in one bedroom! But I definitely recommend calling to double check, the office is super helpful

They have dedicated shuttles for Georgia Tech, Georgia State University, and Atlanta University Center. There may be other schools that can be reached along the route. I'd advise you to check their website for the app, or if you walk into their leasing office there is a schedule on a wall near the staircase. They no longer specifically say they shuttle to University of Georgia Athens, but I believe they did in the past.
