I totally agree with all the other reviews! Customer Service is the worst I have ever had contact with. There’s supposed to be 24/7 customer service. What a complete joke. I called one night the representative pretended that he couldn’t hear me! I didn’t hang up I only listened. I could clearly hear movement about in the room wherever he was for probably 20 to 30 seconds before I hung up. How how much more lazy can you get? I am so frustrated right now my bill is screwed up and I can’t get any help! Awwwwwwww!!!!
