I do NOT recommend this company at all. Customer service is terrible. I'd find another company that's not so money hungry. They took my trash can for no reason. When I called and asked (after waiting on hold for almost 30 minutes) they said they don't know why it was taken and were sorry. They'd drop another can off on my trash day, meaning I miss a week of pick up. Irritared, I said okay and waited. Trash day came and went. No trash can was dropped off. Another 45 minute call to be told the same thing (Sorry for the mix up, they will drop off your can in your trash day) Then I had to fight to get those 2 weeks taken off my bill. They constantly raise your bill and you have to call and keep asking them to lower it. When I canceled my service (after being a customer for almost 5 years) they wanted to charge me for leaving. I had to fight to avoid those charges.
