Friendliest front desk people I’ve encountered in many trips. Pat, the guest services manager, was especially eager to do anything we could possibly ask. We had a normal checkout time of 11 am and he kept our bags behind as we toured for the day since we had a late flight out. He also encouraged us to use the airport transportation on grounds which we did not know about ahead of time. He has an eager attitude to help guests in any way and it was a delight any time he was working. Everyone else was great as well but he stood out.

Phenomenal staff! By far the most friendly and accommodating staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Located next to plenty of restaurants and entertainment for the entire family

Stay here and SKIP THE BEACH HOTELS! We stayed three nights at the Hampton Oceanfront (please do yourself a favor and skip that one!) and ended our vacation at this location. What a vast difference! Will at the front desk was super kind when we arrived exhausted having slept little at the other Hampton, he got our room ready to go within twenty minutes of our arrival. I was so thankful I hugged him! Room was spotless, fresh and the atmosphere is upscale with a glorious pool that faces The Hangout (must go!) and all of Broadway at the Beach. If we ever went back to MB we would choose this location, hands down! Will, thank you so much, we will not forget your hospitality! My daughter had a medical emergency and was taken via ambulance from the hotel. They kindly gave us late check out the next day which so helped us catch up on some much needed sleep. Even the kids gave sigh's of relief the moment we walked into this room. Clean. Comfortable. Great location! Shuttle to and from the airport. Advice from a beach lover, stay off the beach! Go enjoy the beach during the day but come back here to relax and feel safe!

Pros: the front desk was friendly and was able to early check in which was nice. The hotel is located by a lot of restaurants and shops by broadway boardwalk. The outside pool was nice never crowded. Cons: breakfast wasn’t that great. The room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked it. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. Coackroach on my room as well. I would say for the price it should’ve been better I wouldn’t pay $751 for two nights here again but overall it was ok.

Several blocks to walk. There is public parking in several places near beach access.
My livelihood is cleaning up at hospitals, schools, nursing homes. Have cleaned messes most people would not get close to. You maybe found something wrong but I have stayed in $500 night hotel rooms in Vegas that were near as clean as what we just stayed in for Thanksgiving. I will disagree totally.
Not an ocean view, but is close to the beach, and is located in Broadway at the beach where there are a so many fun and beautiful places, easy access
I didn't think pets were allowed...but on my recent stay a woman brought her little dog into the breakfast area and fed it as it sat up in the chair at the table.
