Staff is always nice. Within walking distance of a lot of things to do around the sky wheel. Pool area is tended to every morning. Great oceanfront views. Great prices. Wish the beach access would be fixed and opened again. 2nd year in a row staying here and we're happy.

Parking can be a little tricky If you want right up next to the hotels doors but there's plenty of space to park right across the small street for this hotel only if all 20 spaces are filled up next to the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and every is so kind and helpful. I loved the room/suite we stayed it. Every room or suite has a view of the ocean, peir, and lazy rivers down below. It was very clean and cozy. Had all the pots and plans. A dish washer, and even a washing and drying machine. Housekeeping is very on top and will service your room everyday if you want or need it. They are very sweet too. Front desk is very cool or polite. Especially the older woman with the orangish hair. I cant remember her name at this moment. But She was our favorite and so helpful and talkative. I would absolutely stay here again. It was close to everything and a just a minute walk to the beach or attractions or food places. It was surprisingly quiet too even for being within walking distances to so many lively places. 10 out 10 recommend. Also the building is pink! Good vibe all around I gotta say, thank you for the stay!

Sure is but people do smoke on the balconies or by the pool
The overnight staff is good but probably hit or miss
The pool and lazy river isn't the biggest one on the block but neither has the number of guests the others have. The place is clean and the staff is friendly and there to help. Many units have newly updated kitchens and bathrooms. Unit 901 is very nice.
Piggly Wiggly (grocery store) and Krispy Kreme are within walking distance.
You should call the office and speak to Jeannie. We usually book in January for a June vacation.
