Such a nice hotel. Everyone at the property is so nice

The hotel has a lot of potential. It'll be interesting to see what it looks like in a few years if the rooms are actually updated. The views are wonderful as is the staff. Not sure why simple stuff is overlooked. Like the railroad ties laying out of place in the walkway.

Wonderful option if you’re staying with a family in Myrtle Beach! The splash pad and large open space makes this perfect for toddlers and children. The rooms are well kept- especially for a beachfront property- the staff quickly responsive and the in house restaurants are delicious. It’s a great place to come and stay if you want to enjoy the beach but not venture far from the resort. The pier is a fun excursion and I look forward to bringing our family back soon.

Nice room, was on ocean view and hearing the waves and enjoying the weather was amazing

The beach towels are handled by attendant at the entrance of hotel lobby. To save money bring your own chairs and umbrellas for the beach if you're driving there.
I understand certain rooms can have pets, but there is a non refundable pet fee plus a weight limit. Definitely call the hotel to verify.
Yes there is and it's free. We also have outdoor ping-pong tables and a couple of corn whole games an outdoor pool table and a game we have two course or set ups for a game with 5 balls a little bigger than a baseball and one about the size of a golf ball.
Need to know when the Christmas event is inDec
I believe that the main building where reservations is located looked a lot better than where we stayed. They're pet friendly and have a small dog park
You have to pay for meals, but you'll get a 10percent discount card at the guest service s booth.
Yes...

No. Buy one, get one free. And only on wine and beer. Sheer foolishness...
The only thing that was renovated in this hotel which is far from that was the front desk check in and the restaurant rooms are from 1992 and haven’t been cleaned since then no Covid 19 sanitation I tried 3 rooms and one was worst than the next I couldn’t wait to get out of there anything but a relaxing vacation closest thing you can get to going to prison and paying $$$ to do so Deborah at the front desk is so ice cold upon checking in you feel like you are truly entering a prison I traveled here alone with my small pet they offer no assistance no warmth literally one room had no heat or ac and temps went down to 48 degrees the entire hotel is unsanitary and should be demolished it’s so neglected blood stained carpets bed bugs bathroom ceiling and toilets flooded no bellman no house keeping you’re officially in prison and don’t you dare ask nicely for those parking is $10 a day bring pepper spray and a gun it was sketchy I found a fingernail $30 a night Hotel
We opted to leave my ESA with my mother but my understanding it was a one time pet fee.
All pools are 900-2300, weather permitting
We booked an oceanview room online. Had a small fridge and microwave only.
Coin laundry is available on the first floor of the Palmetto building.
So they do have pet rooms but "emotional support" animals are popular and they go everywhere...
I was there June 14-18. There were pitties there. So you're good to go.
In each quarter of the resort. There are multiple
Responsible dog owners bring plastic bags to pick up poop.
Our hotel does not have airport shuttle service.
It may not be permitted, but it's happened every single one of the last nine days we've stayed here!
I did not see space for parking a trailer (besides they charge $10 per day for parking) but they do have open parking as well apart from parking garage and either on the road next to parking lotvthere might be some options but No otherwise.
The have the normal stuff. Got the burger and was really good.
Folks, i was there 2 weeks ago..they are Pet Friendly..I really enjoyed staying there..the view from the Restaurant outside dining area was Spectacular...
We went last weekend; we paid 255.00 per night, per room. We rented 4 rooms; 4 people per room.
I don't know, I recommend you to call them to get correct information.
As they said before there is parking under each level of the hotel as well as lots that are not covered just make sure that at check-in you get a parking pass from the front desk
Dogs were allowed at specific times. You can get that information in the hotel binder that is located in the rooms. I do not remember the hours.
Yes, there are two indoor pools. Each has a lazy river loop outside where you can sit on a tube and enjoy a leisurely ride as the current moves you along. There is a toddler pool outside and one has a mushroom sprinkler.
Yikes. It is not frequent, but does happen. and when it does you think it is in the room. My wife and I were there for a long weekend 3 weeks ago, pre-hurricane.
We visited before Florence.😥
No wristband. Everything is included in the extra $25 daily resort fee. The continental breakfast is in an open area , the upgrade is thru doors and the wait staff watch your plates . $19.00 per person over the age of 8.
Our just stand on the roof of the hotel and the airplane will pick you up as it flies over lol.
Check out was at noon so probably not earlier than that but I would call to ask. They may be able to accommodate on a case by case basis
One building has both and one just has regular ground parking. It's a wonderful place to stay. You should enjoy it.
