Absolutely Horrible area and the staff works very slow. Like someone stated before they do section 8 housing in this area and is close to Huston Moore. My neighbor was shot in cold blood right on his front porch. Definitely not safe for anyone.

Fantastic concerts! Great sound and great location. Even if you don't buy tickets. You can get a boat and listen from the water or from. The park around the theater.

There are not any apartments. Duplex and single family homes only maintained through the New Hanover County Housing Authority.
