Generally speaking, we require residents make 3 times the rate of rent. For more information feel free to call the office!
The rent rates start at $1,050 for a one bedroom home, $1,150 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath, $1,350 for a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath town home, $1,500 for a 3 bedroom garden, and $1,895 for a 3 bedroom townhome.
